Music has always been an important way for me to process my feelings and past experiences. Often, when lost for words, music expresses what cannot be said. This album was never meant to be released. Originally written as a secret diary, dealing with past experiences, griefing, trauma and heart break. A way to move past my my darkest moments in life. I´m sharing my secret with the world. I have no regrets, only love even when it hurts.
